R\u00f4le et fonctionnement en march\u00e9s publics<\/b><\/h1><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans un dossier de consultation, le prix doit pouvoir se lire poste par poste et se relier aux prestations du lot. La DPGF r\u00e9pond \u00e0 cet usage : elle met en forme un prix au forfait dans un tableau structur\u00e9, exploitable lors de l\u2019analyse des offres comme lors des \u00e9changes de mise au point.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019article pr\u00e9cise d\u2019abord la d\u00e9finition de la DPGF et son cadre juridique et contractuel en march\u00e9s publics, puis sa place dans le Dossier de consultation (DCE). Il distingue ensuite la DPGF du bordereau prix unitaires (BPU) et du d\u00e9tail quantitatif estimatif (DQE), avant de proposer une m\u00e9thode de remplissage et un exemple.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La lecture fournit un rep\u00e8re op\u00e9rationnel : comprendre ce que la DPGF couvre, savoir comment la compl\u00e9ter selon la trame du dossier, et v\u00e9rifier l\u2019alignement du total avec les montants indiqu\u00e9s dans l\u2019acte d\u2019engagement.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00e9curisez votre DPGF : centralisez plans, versions et <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/archipad.com\/fr\/fonctionnalites\/logiciel-compte-rendu-de-chantier\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">compte rendu<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Le montant de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence est celui de l\u2019acte d\u2019engagement : ce sont les montants <\/span><b>indiqu\u00e9s dans l\u2019acte<\/b> <b>qui font foi<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. La DPGF doit retomber exactement sur ce total.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La port\u00e9e contractuelle se lit dans la hi\u00e9rarchie des pi\u00e8ces du march\u00e9 (acte d\u2019engagement, CCAP, annexes). Dans ce dossier, elle se trouve dans la partie \u00ab pi\u00e8ces financi\u00e8res \u00bb, avec les autres tableaux de prix.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le DCE est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement organis\u00e9 par rubriques (administratif \/ technique \/ financier).
